Description

Only one face is visible.

B (narrow): Covered with plait-work, pattern indecipherable.

Discussion

This may be the stone which Hodges (1905, 231) describes as built into the porch `worked with a design resembling an interlaced arcade'. Morris (1976, 142) seems to accept it as such, but there is no evidence for an arcade.
