Description

This slab is basically rectangular in form with outward curving long sides. The vertical faces are uncarved.

A (top): Incised with a long stemmed cross, head shape A10, set on an expanded stem and tall rectangular base.

Discussion

In form of head this is like 8; however, long slabs of this type are best paralleled in the eleventh century (Thomas 1967, 151, fig. 30).
