Description

The carved faces are surrounded by heavy roll mouldings, with pecked outlines.

A: The remains of a panel of indecipherable pick-outlined interlace.

B: Broken away.

C: Broken.

D: Remains of incised carving.

Discussion

Not enough of this piece survives to allow a meaningful discussion. However, the crude technique argues for a late date.
