Description

A (broad): An incised line provides a broad border to interlace decoration whose lines have been lightly incised on the prepared surface of the stone. All that survives are two crossing strands, each with a median-incised line. One of the strands appears to split at the bottom of the stone.

Discussion

The general appearance of the stone suggests that it is a carving which was abandoned before the ornament was worked in relief.
