Description

Head, type A10. Only one carved face is visible.

A (broad): The arms are edged by a fine double roll moulding. In the centre is a boss, ringed by a similar double roll moulding enclosing dismembered interlace. The arms are filled by loose knots with flat strands. The background is lightly picked.

Discussion

This is plausibly the head for 2, since the tooling, mouldings and interlace types are the same, although the stone types may be different.
