Description

A (broad): This round-headed grave-marker is edged with a fine roll moulding. A cross extends to the frame, its outline edged by a fine grooved moulding. A double circle is incised in its centre. The vertical arms of the cross are type D10, the horizontal A9. Triquetra knots fill the upper spandrels. In the lower is the beginning of two panels of knot-work – apparently circles with two opposing diagonals.
