Description

The only basis for the description is Gibb's drawing in Stuart (1867, pl. xxvi, 4). Both faces are surrounded by wide grooved mouldings.

A: A register of interlace (pattern impossible to determine) seems to be linked with part of a turned pattern C.

B: Part of a panel with an eight-strand plain plait.

Discussion

As for 12, it is not possible to be conclusive about this piece, but it seems to be of the same type as 5 and 6.
