The headless shaft of a cross set on a stepped base.

Discussion

Appendix A item (stones dating from Saxo-Norman overlap period or of uncertain date).

This has no diagnostic features, but it could be as early as the eleventh century (see Kirkhaugh 1 and the boundary crosses of the North York Moors).
