Only one face is visible.
There are no outer edge mouldings. Across the centre is a double moulding, one cabled, the other plain. Below this is what appears to have been a two-strand twist, tightly wound. Above it, a broader twist survives in part. The cutting is unsure.
This is probably part of a grave-cover with a central ridge: a poor reflex of the Metropolitan School slabs, such as no. 13.
