Description

Ambrose (1979) records the presence of an item of Anglo-Saxon sculpture in this parish, though this brief list provides no description.

Discussion

Appendix C item (lost stones for which no illustration has survived).

It has not been possible to trace this item, unless the small Roman relief sculpture from Keisby, which is kept in the church at Lenton, is indicated (Frere 1963, 192, pl. XLVIII a).
