Two faces are visible. The stone is bordered by a wide flat-band moulding.
A (long): Within the outer moulding are three horizontal mouldings. The top and bottom are grooved in opposing directions. The centre is a plain roll moulding.
B and C: Not visible.
D (narrow): Despite considerable damage to this side the scheme is fairly clear. On the left are three balusters and three horizontal features, the top and bottom in high relief.
The ornament on this piece seems to place it with 26 and 27.
