Description

A (broad): No edge mouldings survive, but there seems to be part of an irregular key pattern, in low relief.

B (narrow): Split off.

C (broad): Recut.

D (narrow): Worn, no pattern visible.

Discussion

This fragment could be part of a slab rather than a cross, but its fragmentary condition makes this uncertain. Degenerate key patterns are also found at Lindisfarne (no. 5).
