A (broad): A plain flat edge moulding runs round three sides of a panel of six-strand plain plait formed by roughly incised lines defining broad, flat strands without intervening spaces.
This is rude work, exemplifying the horror vacui of Anglo-Scandinavian taste, as well as the roughest of techniques.
